During the Christmas Break, I had fun
bonding with my two girls trying to spend as much time as possible
together. We shared a lot of laughs and did some pretty silly fun stuff
just like we used to when they were little. Priceless moments.
But the Christmas Season has come and gone and we have welcomed 2014 with a
Bang. My eldest daughter is now on her way back to Boston to continue her
studies and to work. I've been through this routine before and it doesn't get
any easier.
As I wake this morning to go for my usual run I won’t deny a little depression
is coming over me.... but i know letting go is the only way for them to grow.
