MEN:
Height (inches) x 2 = Perfect Running Weight.
Ex. 5’5 (65inches) x 2 = 130 lbs.
WOMEN:
Beginning at 5’6, 120 pounds.
- For every inch above this height add 3 pounds.
- For every inch below this height subtract 3 pounds.
