The RESOLUTION RUN set in my favorite running playground in Nuvali, Sta. Rosa is officially my first race for 2016. Because my left leg's nagging injury is back and since the RESOLUTION RUN is generally a road race, I decided to take it easy and opted to just run the 17km event distance. Along the race route, however, I was happy to discover some interesting "runnable" trails near Miriam College and the Wakeboard Park which I resolved to check out in the next couple of weeks. Overall, it was a good race...just what I needed to soak up some sunshine, savor the fresh air, relieve some stress and get myself psyched for the hectic week ahead just before the CONDURA SKYWAY MARATHON.
