Ensure to Endure


I like racing the short distance races before a Big Marathon.
Short distance races is good for the Fast Twitch Muscle.
its a good way to wake up the legs after so much long slow distance mileage.
Long Runs are good for the Slow Twitch Muscle.
With 5 different races all in the same date you would be lucky to get the numbers but Ensure to Endure has a following of loyal runners.
                        I estimate 2600 joined the said race which was good no pushing and shoving. Nice race, cool weather and fast course will do it again next year.
