I’ve been having problems lately with my knees, groin and sometimes my right foot. Sometimes it gets really tight that I can’t pick up the pace and after 8km im already wobbling in pain. I tried different strength exercises but nothing really did help and it was really getting to be so frustrating. A few days ago I went to Power books and purchased a “STRETCH “book hoping it might help me improve my runs. I followed what the book said and incorporated a bit of my own techniques. After a few days I notice my runs have been improving and the pain / tightness is not that bad anymore. Amazing what Stretching can do and by the way the book only cost P95.00!!!!
