Tried a different route today.
From our Condo i ran towards Golden Gate Park and decided to do some trail running.
I'm not a very good trail runner because my knees cannot handle to much twist and turns but i did enjoy it a lot especially because the weather was raining and yes freezing.
Cold weather numbs the muscle and i guess also the brain ha ha.
