Just a few corrections on the article:
1. I started running NOT to lose weight but i started running cause i simply enjoyed it.
2. I rack up approximately 90kms. a week.
3. I start my day with a -+ 15 km run BUT Running does not come 1st. Its my Wife and Kids that always comes first.
Running is only an instrument to make life better.
