Hiden Valley

Sports Doctor's Always recommends for Tired or Injured muscle, "For the 1st 24 hrs. apply a cold compress or submerge the injury on an ice cold bath. After 24 hrs apply a warm compress or submerge the injury on a hot bath".
Because of my nagging inner right leg injury and tired legs. My wife, suggested we go to "Hidden Valley" to enjoy the warm hot spring pools to soot our tired bodies. The warm hot spring was perfect and very relaxing, i even did a few leg exercisies under water. Im not sure if the hot springs helped my injury but i did not mind cause the R&R and family bonding was so much cherrished.
