OROFOLS. Acronym for De La Salle Alumni Association's One Run. One Family. One La Salle.
I am an Alumni of La Salle.
I studied in La Salle from Grade 1 to 4th Year Hi school.
I graduated in the year 1980. The same year I started running also.
I’ve been wanting to join a La Salle race for years but because of conflict of schedule and earlier commitments I never got the chance too.
But because this year’s edition is very special as they celebrate their centennial establishment in the Philippines. i did not want to miss this race.
made for next years race it should be held in La Salle - Green hills. it would be nice to see my old school again.

I was also hoping to see some of the the "OLD" La Salle Brothers, Teachers and Alumni but i failed to recognize any of them .... or maybe they failed to recognize me because I weight in at 210 lbs. then.
Anyway, It was a Super Hot Sunny 16 km race in MOA that around the 12 km i
" Bonked " but at least my left leg wasn't giving me to much trouble but i really have to concentrate on getting back my speed.
I am at least 5 -7 mins slower compared to previous 16km time .... shit !
