I usually sleep around 9pm but for some reason I wasn't sleepy and decided to watch a little Television. I was channel surfing and a particular show at ABS-CBN caught my attention. The program is called “STORY LINE” and the documentary of the show featured the life of a “Simple Filipino Runner” named Mr. Alfredo Fototana.
I have seen hundreds of Running Movie, Running Documentary show etc. in fact I was even featured in 1 “ National Geographic – Condura Skyway Marathon. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GcGhIDfSzIw&feature=player_embedded
But this documentary has to be 1 of the best.
When you hear Mr. Alfredo Fototana narrate about his life as a person, husband and a runner his story is very touching.
Sometimes we get caught up with all the Big races, Prizes, new running gear, etc. that we forget the Simplicity of Running and how it transforms us to be a better person .
