The first and hopefully not the last Full 42Km marathon i joined was in
Vancouver Canada last May.01,1983
I finished in 3hrs.54min.20sec.
Even before the running boom hit the US, Canada & the Philippines. i was already a Marathoner.
I take Pride that i was able to accomplish this Distance and wear it us my SHIELD.
I believe if you really set your mind to your goals weather it be about running or life’s day to day decision you can accomplish it for as long as you have your hearth in it. God will always Grant your desire that will make you a better person.
